My work with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System and the Mississippi Alabama Sea Grant Consortium covers both fresh and marine environments, lakes to oysters.  Working with Dr. Walton, I will be quantifying various perceived values of a restoration program by volunteers.  These values serve to motivate an individual to join and remain engaged in restoration programs.  Their identification and enhancement will compliment my role as the Coordinator of the Mobile Bay Oyster Gardening Program as well as the emerging Mississippi Oyster Gardening Program.
