MC Eastburn

M.Sc. In Progress

Being a native to the Gulf Coast of Alabama marine fisheries have always been an important part of my life. After spending the summer and fall of 2018 as an Aquaculture Technician intern at the Auburn University Shellfish Lab, I decided to return to school and pursue a Master’s Degree. My research will continue the exploration of differences between diploid and triploid oysters, studying how both salinity and low dissolved oxygen affect triploid oyster mortality.
